Founded in 1978 in Columbus, Ohio Support Services provides high quality services to quality-conscious clients of all sizes in the Ohio area. Ownership and all levels of management are headquartered locally and directly support all operations.

Dan Renth, Area Manager

Dan began his security career in 1995 while still completing high school. In the fourteen years since then he has worked in various types of security departments including rural hospitals, trauma centers, college campus, and warehouse security. Dan served in the United States Army Reserve from 1996-1998 as an administrative specialist. Dan completed a course of study in Administration of Justice which involved a study of all aspects of the criminal justice system, while working as a public safety and security officer for Kaskaskia College from 2001-2005.

Dan joined Ohio Support Services in 2008 as a Utility Officer where he learned each OSS client account before being promoted to Area Manager. Dan’s breadth of experience is beneficial to OSS, our officers and our clients.
